When selling or buying real estate in the Mid Hudson Valley you want to have a knowledgeable, experienced expert on your side. Over the last 8 years I have helped your neighbors, and perhaps, even your family members and friends with their real estate needs.

I came to the real estate industry after many years in the telecommunication industry where I developed superior customer service skills through formal and on the job training. So making the transition to real estate, where one-on-one service is so important, came natural to me.

My real estate career began at the largest real estate franchise in Dutchess County. Within a few years I was able to qualify for a Broker's license but continued working as an Associate Broker.

Customer service is very important to me so I enrolled in advance real estate training and received several specialized designations. For example, I was one of the first agents in Dutchess County to receive a designation for advanced training to better serve the over fifty population (SRES). Other advanced training involved best practices for working with buyers (ABR), those who are technologically savvy, luxury buyers, and those having problems paying their mortgage and about to lose their home.

Providing you with a great customer experience requires a broad and deep knowledge of the local market, which I have. Monthly, I prepare market reports to keep you abreast of changing market conditions and communicate with you through the media you choose .Then, with effective negotiation skills I make sure you achieve the best possible deal.

I am also an avid Blogger and I use my blog to keep you up-to-date on the real estate market and local area information, such as by sharing my experiences at local restaurants, events and cultural venues. You also can view photos I take of the beautiful Hudson Valley that will enable you to become better acquainted with the area.
